BERKELEY COLLEGE MEN’S BASKETBALL TEAM GROUP
SHARES PASSION FOR ATHLETICS WITH
CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS

Photo Caption: Players and coaching staff from the Berkeley College Men’s Basketball team collaborated with Kids Enjoy Exercise Now (KEEN) New York to share their love of athletics with children and young adults with disabilities as part of their community service efforts. KEEN’s New York affiliate pairs volunteers with children to participate in arts and sports recreational opportunities. On December 10, 2017, the Berkeley Knights players and coaches joined children for non-competitive basketball activities as part of an indoor program at Public School 15 in Brooklyn, NY.

For the past three consecutive seasons the Berkeley College Men’s Basketball team earned the top title as the United States Collegiate Athletic Association Division II National Champions. The team’s record thus far this season is 8-1. Click here to view the team’s entire game schedule.

Pictured above with players and coaches from the Berkeley Knights are volunteers from KEEN and New York Cares, two nonprofit organizations that mobilize volunteers to help disadvantaged New Yorkers.
