Photo Caption: Gary Krulish, Co-Chair, Justice Studies, Berkeley College School of Professional Studies (left), and Berkeley College student Huda Shalabi (right) appeared on the public television program “One-on-One with Steve Adubato” on December 7, 2017. Professor Krulish discussed the need for diversity in law enforcement, and how Berkeley College is preparing students like Ms. Shalabi for careers in criminal justice. Ms. Shalabi, who is on track to graduate with a BS in Justice Studies – Criminal Justice in May 2018, also spoke with host Steve Adubato (center) about her aspirations to become the first female Arab police officer to wear a hijab in Paterson, NJ.
