Berkeley College Athlete from Southern Queens Receives Athletic Honors from HVMAC

BERKELEY COLLEGE ATHLETE FROM SOUTHERN QUEENS RECEIVES
HONORS FROM HUDSON VALLEY MEN’S ATHLETIC CONFERENCE

Berkeley College is proud to announce that freshman goalkeeper Gustavo Moreno of Ozone Park in Queens, NY, has received athletic honors from the Hudson Valley Men’s Athletic Conference (HVMAC) for men’s soccer. Mr. Moreno is a student at the New York City location.

Mr. Moreno was named to the HVMAC Honor Roll during the week of September 18 for his performance in the week’s games, during which he made 15 saves.

“We are extremely proud of Gustavo for this well-deserved recognition,” said Brian Maher, Berkeley College Athletic Director. “His outstanding performance is a result of hard work and dedication and we expect more great things from him at Berkeley.”
