Berkeley College Appoints Donald E. Devine II as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer

BERKELEY COLLEGE APPOINTS DONALD E. DEVINE II AS
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Berkeley College President Dario A. Cortes, PhD, is proud to announce the appointment of Donald E. Devine II as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.  In this role, Mr. Devine will be responsible for all finance and budgeting processes at the college level.  He also will oversee the areas of Business and Auxiliary Services and Student Accounts.

“The extensive experience Mr. Devine brings in financial management, long term strategic planning, and information technology will be an asset to Berkeley College,” Dr. Cortes said. "We look forward to his strengthening the financial and operational analyses and processes for the benefit of our institution."
 

Mr. Devine has experience working in both large and medium-size companies. He has held the positions of Executive Vice President and/or Chief Financial Officer at Nice Pak Products, Inc. (Orangeburg, NY); Zachys Wine & Liquor, Inc. (Scarsdale, NY); Benjamin Moore & Co., Inc. (Montvale, NJ); and The Dannon Company, Inc. (White Plains, NY). Prior to those positions, he worked as Manager of Business Analysis and a Business Analyst for the Maxwell House Coffee Division of Kraft General Foods (White Plains, NY).
 
Mr. Devine holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
