Aimee E. Cook Appointed Secretary
 of Berkeley College Alumni Association New York Chapter
 
Aimee E. Cook is the new Secretary of the Berkeley College Alumni Association’s New York Chapter.
 
Ms. Cook, a business education teacher at Lodi High School in Lodi, NJ, teaches marketing, business law, and computers. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Ms. Cook is the advisor for INTERACT, an extra-curricular high school club. As club advisor, she oversees and supervises approximately 70 students who raise money for various charities and other community-service activities.
 
Ms. Cook, a resident of Perth Amboy, NJ, graduated from the Berkeley College Westchester campus, where she earned an Associate’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Management.  After holding various positions in the fashion and financial services industries, Ms. Cook realized her passion was teaching. 
 
With a strong background in business obtained from Berkeley College, Ms. Cook went back to school and earned a Master of Science in Education from the University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, CT. She holds licenses to teach Business Education in Connecticut and New Jersey. Ms. Cook is also a member of the National Business Education Association (N.B.E.A).
 
A leader in business education for 77 years, Berkeley College currently maintains an enrollment of over 6,000 students, with more than 600 international students in its Baccalaureate and Associate degree programs. The College has two New York campuses in Midtown Manhattan and White Plains, an Extension Center in Lower Manhattan in the Wall Street area, and four New Jersey campuses located in West Paterson, Paramus, Woodbridge, and Newark. In addition, the College offers Berkeley College Online and its Corporate Learning Partnership program. All campuses are accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
